Residence Rocce Sarde is situated on the hillside surrounded by  the Mediterranean maquis, just 1 km from the hotel with spectacular views of the Gulf of Cugnana and Porto Rotondo, further enhanced by a panoramic swimming pool overlooking the rocks and crystal clear sea- water. Close to the world-famous Costa Smeralda, it is an ideal setting for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday location.

The residence is made up of 10 two bedroom apartments, all with independent entrance, lounge, kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, large veranda or balcony with sea view.

The kitchenettes comprise of  an electric hob, microwave oven, fridge, satellite TV,  hairdryer and air conditioning.

Guests at the residence may use all of the hotel amenities and participate in any of the activities. Linen and towels are changed weekly.
